ABOUT THE JAMBO:

In this, its 23rd year, the Subdued Stringband Jamboree is a Whatcom County institution. Held in beautiful Deming, WA near the cool Nooksack river, the focus of the line-up and festival has stayed consistent over the years with killer local performers plus a few blow-ins to kick us in the pants. After all these years, the SSJ means a huge campground full of tents, guitars, coolers, banjos, acrobats, friends, and delicious food vendors surrounding the stages for two days and three nights of pickin', singin,' and stompin' on and off stage. It's roughly a ton of HOSA-recommended fun and you'll find our 2oz pocket-sized bottles at every table and food vendor!
