Refunds / Returns / Exchanges
For non-food items, but not gift cards and not 3rd party provided t-shirts, we offer a 30 day return policy from the day you receive the item. We cannot refund payment for sauce or gift cards. Any food item broken or damaged in shipping may be exchanged for store credit in the order total before shipping, if customer makes contact via email (to michellejaneneschutte@gmail.com) within 24 hours of delivery with written exchange request along with photographs of damaged merchandise and packaging.
Failure to collect your "Local Pickup" order within 14 days of fulfillment will result in the customer's forfeit of the order without refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or sent in error, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is important to photograph the shipping label as well as the damage when submitting evidence of breakage.
T-shirts are supplied by a 3rd party printer. If you are unsatisfied with your t-shirt purchase for any reason, you can contact us at hosasauce.com and we will work with the printer to either reprint or refund your purchase. Printify is responsible for all issues that may arise with quality and accuracy.
Exchanges (non-food items and non-gift cards only)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Contact us via email to ensure a problem-free return. Once the return is accepted, you may make a new purchase.
Refunds (non-food items and non-gift cards only)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Damaged products will not be refunded unless you wish to cancel the order. Instead, we will send out replacement HOSA at our expense ASAP. Failure to pick up your "Local Pickup" order within 14 days of fulfillment will result in the customer's forfeit of the order without refund.
Gift Cards
HOSAco Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Not returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. No value until purchased. HOSAco Gift Cards are only good for goods sold on this website, directly from HOSA, and are not to be used for purchases from other companies or retailers. Valid for as long as HOSAco LLC is open for business!
